Working hours:
1. Full-time (9-5, open to make flexible adjustments)
2. Remote working
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
3. Basic salary £55,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience, with option to have a lower basic, with a great commission structure for higher earning potential).

8. Training available to MRICS Status and Level 3
Residential Surveyor requirements:
9. AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
10. RICS Registered Valuer
11. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surveying
12. Full UK driving licence and access to own car
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
13. Carrying out Homebuyer surveys (essential)
14. Carrying out Building Surveys (training on this if necessary)
15. Valuations
