About The Role
The Partnerships team at MG OMD work to identify solutions that help brands connect with even the hardest to reach audiences. Our approach is focused on delivering effective outcomes for our clients, as measured against clearly defined KPIs and we operate across all traditional media channels, established and emerging social and digital platforms, as well as emerging technologies. Creativity is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to deliver first in class activations for clients across the MG OMD portfolio. We are responsible for the activation of bespoke content and sponsorships across all media channels, and we are looking for a dynamic and proactive team member to join as soon as possible.
We work with all clients within the agency, split across private sector and Government departments to deliver best-in-class outcomes. Our private sector clients include the John Lewis Partnership, Specsavers, British Airways, O2 and SharkNinja, whilst our government campaigns span topics such as Organ Donation, Teaching & Defence Recruitment, Visit Britain and the ONS Census. We pride ourselves in the creation, delivery, and reporting of multiple, award-winning partnership campaigns.
About You
As a manager within the partnerships team, it is your responsibility to support your Account Director to lead, develop and manage direct reports within the team. You should identify as the day-to-day lead across your accounts and be able to effectively delegate with confidence, to both your direct reports and lead, keeping Account Directors informed in the day to day work the team are doing.
