The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with robust PMO (Project Management Office) experience to lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring programme excellence, strategic oversight, and stakeholder alignment across multiple high-value assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project management across logistics, infrastructure, and data centre developments.
* Work within and help shape the PMO framework to ensure governance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, with accountability for budget, timeline, risk, and quality.
* Engage and coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Prepare reports and present to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a construction consultancy setting.
* Strong knowledge of construction projects in logistics hubs, infrastructure or data centres.
* Expertise in PMO environments – establishing, improving, or working within structured project frameworks.
* Exceptional client-facing skills and a strategic mindset.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) preferred.
