The Job Role
* A Junior Sous Chef within a fresh food background known for its levels of customer service.
* The Junior Sous Chef will help lead, train and develop an enthusiastic and new team
* Reporting to the Head Chef
* The Junior Sous Chef will at times look after the breakfast, lunch and dinner operation as well as weddings and events
The Requirements
* This role could suit a strong Junior Sous Chef with a fresh food background in hotels or Gastro Pubs with Rooms
* The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career within a well established and successful team
* A passion for service and food is a must
* You will be able to work most sections within a kitchen.
