Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a Training & Development Coach within Engineering. This role is 37 hours a week to start ASAP until 27/03/2026. The right candidate will be happy to travel to other sites using their own transport. Mileage is not paid as it is expected to be included in the hourly/ day rate. The skills needed are: The assessor must have recent experience delivering and assessing Engineering apprenticeship standards, specifically: * Engineering Technician (Mechatronics Maintenance Technician) * Engineering Fitter * Engineering Technician (Technical Support pathway) Essential criteria: * Occupationally competent in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/fitter) * Qualified Assessor (A1, TAQA, or CAVA) * Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, KSBs, and end-point assessment (EPA) requirements * Strong organisational skills, able to manage caseloads and maintain compliance (reviews, off-the-job tracking, and portfolio development) * Full UK driving Licence and use of own vehicle If you're a committed Training Coach looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive Lancashire setting, we’d love to hear from you.
