Electrical Technicians Workshop & Field Service Roles

Are you an experienced Electrical Technician looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Were looking for talented engineers to join our growing team, working across a range of commercial and heavy industrial systems throughout the UK with a focus on the southeast region.
This is a permanent position offering a mix of workshop-based and field service responsibilities, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
What Youll Be Doing
Diagnose, repair, and rewire complex electrical systems to the highest standard.
Carry out routine maintenance, testing, and compliance checks in line with manufacturer and industry regulations.
Independently identify faults and implement effective solutions.
Deliver top-tier customer service and clear communication at every stage.
Install electrical systems in accordance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations .
Lead and support planned projects, shutdowns, and outages when required.
Provide expert advice and technical support to clients.
What Were Looking For
Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in fault finding, installation, repair, and commissioning within heavy or industrial engineering.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .
Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
Eligibility to pass relevant security clearances .
Up-to-date knowledge of IEE regulations, with City & Guilds 2360, 2382, and 2391 Inspection & Testing certificates.
Desirable Extras
CompEx (14) training.
Background in power generation, including prime movers and BOP systems.
Experience with HV systems, motor testing, trace heating, and actuator testing .
Physically fit and adaptable to the demands of the job.
Positive attitude with flexibility for on-call duties (1 in 4 rotation) and occasional travel.
