Role Overview
The Content Marketing Executive supports the creation of clear, well-structured content that helps customers understand our products and expertise. The role focuses on producing content that performs across modern discovery channels, including search and AI-driven tools, while supporting brand credibility and demand generation.
Working closely with subject matter experts across the business, the role helps translate complete topics into accessible, useful content that supports both customer needs and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality written content for website pages, articles, campaigns and thought leadership pieces.
* Support the development of structured content aligned to key customer questions and business priorities.
* Work with subject matter experts to turn technical or complex topics into clear accessible content.
* Apply SEO fundamentals such as keyword use, headings, internal linking and content structure.
* Help maintain consistency in tone, messaging and terminology across content.
* Refresh and optimize existing content to improve clarity, relevance and performance.
* Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., summaries, social snippets, short‑form assets).
* Collaborate with digital executive to ensure content is structured effectively for web use.
* Support content planning aligned to campaigns, product launches and business priorities.
* Use AI tools (Co‑pilot/SEMrush) responsibly to support research, structuring and editing where appropriate.
Key Requirements
* Experience in writing B2B content (website, articles, product or campaign content).
* Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure.
* Understanding of SEO principles and how content supports discoverability.
* Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
* Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple pieces of content at once; interest in how content is evolving through AI tools and changing search behavior.
* Familiar with SEO or content tools such as SEMRush.
