What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspire, mentor, and help manage the kitchen team, building a culture of excellence.
* Take ownership of day‑to‑day kitchen operations—stock, prep, quality, and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to craft innovative menus, specials, and seasonal dishes.
* Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is consistent, perfectly presented, and full of flavour.
* Uphold the highest hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards.
* Drive performance, training, and development for junior team members.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, ready to step into leadership.
* Passionate about food, creative in approach, and committed to excellence.
* Natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops others.
