About the role:
You’ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support for pupils who may need additional help, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Whether you’re leading small-group interventions, supporting individual learners, or assisting with classroom activities, your contribution will help ensure every child feels valued and confident.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a valid, enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one)
* Have experience working with children in Key Stage 2 (Key Stage 1 experience also beneficial)
* Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed
* Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with staff and pupils alike
* Show commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of every child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
