Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee a specific curriculum strand, designing content and coordinating delivery.
* Ensure academic quality through curriculum assessment and moderation.
* Manage staff, including line management of teachers within the strand.
* Assess student performance, plan activities, and maintain budgets and resources.
* Serve as the main point of contact for curriculum, assessment, moderation, enrichment, data gathering, parental matters, and day‑to‑day staff team management.
* Provide mentorship support to class teachers, especially with annual reviews and reports.
