Our client is seeking a hands‑on and reliable Maintenance Assistant to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of their facilities. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of the facilities team, your duties will include:
Carrying out routine maintenance and basic repairs across the site
Supporting planned preventative maintenance activities
Assisting external contractors and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Responding to maintenance tickets and resolving issues promptly
Conducting regular building checks and reporting faults
Supporting room setups, furniture moves, and operational tasks
Previous maintenance, caretaking, or practical DIY experience (desirable but not essential)
A basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or general building repairs
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and contractors
