The school is looking to appoint a General Cover Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful General Cover Teaching Assistant will work between 8:30am and 4pm, supporting learning across multiple Key Stages through small group work, adaptive teaching strategies and behaviour support, while also supporting pupils with SEND and emotional regulation needs. The successful General Cover Teaching Assistant will have:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or 6 months plus relevant experience
* Experience supporting pupils across multiple Key Stages
* Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and differentiated learning
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND and behaviour regulation
* Knowledge of Pre-Key Stage assessment and intervention support
* A proactive, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude
