Your role will involve answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards. You’ll work closely with the wider team to support the smooth operation of the business, always following company policies and procedures. This role is key to maintaining the positive reputation and customer satisfaction Movex is known for. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Consistently meet and exceed operational KPIs, maintaining high standards of service delivery. Take personal ownership of providing an excellent customer experience, always putting the customer first. Accurately log and allocate customer requests to the appropriate departments for swift resolution. Provide end-to-end support on all queries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for customers and suppliers. Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring they are documented, escalated, and resolved appropriately. Act as a champion for continuous improvement, helping to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Negotiate with customers and suppliers on aborted or cancelled vehicle movements to protect and maximise business opportunities. Work collaboratively across teams to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements. Complete 100% of mandatory training requirements within designated timeframes. Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and compliance with, all company policies and procedures. Provide flexible support on ad-hoc projects or tasks as directed by your line manager. What We’re Looking For Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with perseverance and professionalism. Self-confident and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Capable of prioritising tasks and working independently when needed. A team player with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and the initiative to identify and resolve issues quickly. Strong attention to detail, with solid organisational skills and a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences.
