Overview
Insight Performance and Data Manager - Somerset role at Moby Call. Based at Yeovil service with hybrid working. Interviews will be held remotely on Thursday 2nd October 2025.
Responsibilities
* Respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements covering audiences from team level to senior management and up to commissioner level.
* Help showcase performance and celebrate the great work our services and staff deliver, looking beyond commissioner and contract KPIs to best practice.
* Demonstrate the ability to get the best out of teams, using leadership and influencing skills.
* Research and understand the social value of the work, alongside local, regional and sector competitors.
* Make recommendations on where our services and organisation should go.
* Help provide information to improve operational effectiveness and the quality of lives for the people we support.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Experience in preparing and handling large-volume data; able to navigate databases and Excel to compile engaging data that drives performance and tells a story.
* Ability to convert complex problems into manageable solutions and collaborate with others inside and outside the organisation.
* Experience with client management systems and improving data quality is advantageous.
* Experience in line management or supervision of direct reports is desirable, particularly in supporting team development and performance management.
* Knowledge of health and social care or substance misuse data sets is advantageous but not required.
