An international financial services firm with a boutique office in the heart of London's West End is seeking a high-calibre senior Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and wider senior team.
This is a dynamic, high-profile role within a highly successful investment company, offering exposure across global operations and senior stakeholder interaction.
Location: West End, London (5 days office-based)
Salary: £90,000 + benefits + discretionary bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Complex and ever-changing diary management
* Coordinating global travel arrangements
* Extensive client liaison at senior level

* Providing seamless support to MD and multiple executives
About You:
* Minimum 7+ years' solid EA experience within financial services
* Proven experience supporting at MD / senior executive level
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
