Your new opportunity We are currently recruiting an Experienced Project Manager to join and manage our 6 bedded adult respite service in Quarriers Village. The service is set in an idyllic location approximately 2 miles from Bride of Weir. As Manager you will: Lead our skilled team supported by 2 full time team leaders and administrator to assist in the smooth running of service. You will also work in partnership with other Quarriers Short breaks, Carers services and our in house recruitment team to ensure that support is meaningful now and into the future. You will be encouraged to develop and have a range of learning opportunities to help you within your role but will bring your own ideas and skills to the service. Working pattern: This is a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week 5 days over 7. In addition, there will be possible on-call duties on a rotational basis. What you will need to succeed/bring to the role Driving licence is essential. A qualification in social care management, community learning and development, social work, education or equivalent. Experience of staff management and supervision, along with the ability to lead, motivate and develop the staff team. Experience working in a similar role. Experience of effective partnership working A working knowledge of the relevant legislation. Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
