Warehouse supervisor

Quest Employment are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations during the late shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead the warehouse team to meet productivity and safety standards.

Salary: £33,000
Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 5.30pm to 2am

Main Duties:
1. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives
2. Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate order picking
3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
4. Promote and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
5. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified hazards
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements~
7. Oversee the picking process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
8. Address any discrepancies or errors promptly~
