End User Support Analyst - EUC - Cardiff

Inside IR35 – £300 agreed assignment rate, may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.
Shifts will be 8AM-4PM or 10AM-6PM.
Onsite 5 days per week due to the nature of the contract.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience as an End User Support analyst supporting BAU queries in a busy professional services environment
* Hardware knowledge of end point devices (HP, Lenovo, Apple - laptops, iPhones, iPads, office telephony, WiFi)
* Accessing and configuring Firmware/BIOS to set standards
* Exposure to Operating Systems - install, update, remediate (Microsoft Windows - all supported versions)
* Experience with end point software suites - install, update, remediate (Microsoft Office - all supported versions)
* Mobile Device Management Enterprise experience - device enrolment/unenrolment (Profile Push) with Mobile Iron Mobile Platform
* Experience with End point Enterprise management systems - device updates/software installation (Microsoft SCCM, McAfee PGP, BitLocker)
