Our client are a fastest growing care provider in the South East and provide essential care to elderly and vulnerable adults across the Borough of Southend. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for care workers who are truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the community. To be considered for this role, you should ideally have your own transport and it would be ideal for you to have a background in care. We will however consider drivers, who have worked in other industries and are considering a career in care, or experienced carers, who are not drivers.
We are looking for individuals with empathy, compassion, creativity and commitment and those who genuinely want to make a positive difference to other peoples lives. You will support our service users by enabling them to improve their quality of life and helping them to achieve their desired goals. You are required to provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/elderly in their own homes.
