Our award winning client is currently seeking an Account Director to join their supportive team on a contract basis with the potential to go permanent. The Account Director will have the opportunity to lead a broad client portfolio, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position is well suited to an ambitious Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step up in their career or an already established Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client service standards and delivering well-planned projects and strategies.
* Foster face-to-face relationships within the client’s business environment to act as a strategic partner
* Collaborate across the agency to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery and overall account health.
* Oversee daily management of accounts, including project trackers, status meetings, and financials.
* Work with the Head of Client Services to establish strategic account growth plans and drive growth with quarterly check-ins.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an integrated agency environment
* Ability to lead specialist and integrated delivery teams across various channels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively under pressure.
* Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
