Service & Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers and support staff
2. Oversee maintenance contracts, commissioning projects, and service delivery
3. Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and operational efficiency
4. Build strong client relationships and deliver technical solutions
5. Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the senior management team
What We’re Looking For:
6. Proven experience managing service/commissioning teams (10+ engineers) is essential
7. Strong BEMS technical knowledge and experience is essential
8. Commercial acumen and leadership skills
9. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
