Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial operations of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will: Deliver strategic financial guidance and robust board packs. Manage forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow modelling. Lead and develop the finance team. Implement efficient systems and processes for accurate reporting. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate at board level. What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience with 10 years relevant experience). Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within construction finance Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management. Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office.
