We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to work within our Finance department. Key Responsibilities Day to Day processing of high volumes of invoices. Manage internal and external systems. Take calls and direct to the appropriate department and individuals. Liaise effectively with other departments and individuals. Provide excellent customer service to customers by phone and email. Deal with all enquiries in a timely manner. Provide an efficient and seamless administration. Requirements Self-motivated and have a pro-active and driven approach to their work. Strong communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with departments across the business. Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, Word, Sage 50 Cloud Accounts Professional and Joblogic (training will be given). Excellent written skills and telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-keeping skills with keen attention to detail. Able to prioritise work effectively, work to deadlines and work positively as part of a team. Ability to maintain a good relationship with customers. Ability to move between teams with a friendly, approachable, and positive demeanour.
