Job Description
Up to £75,000 FTE DOE | 4 shifts per 21 days | Sole charge | Permanent
Are you a vet looking for a role with real clinical variety and autonomy in a modern practice with a great work life balance?
If you enjoy the challenge of emergency and critical care, but want to do it in a supportive, well-equipped setting, this could be the perfect next step. Our OOH team at MiNightVet Falmouth is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join us on a permanent basis with 4x13hr (with an hour unpaid break) in a 21 day rota.
MiNightVet Falmouth is based at the purpose-built Rosemullion Veterinary Hospital, opened in 2021. We're proud to be the first hospital in the UK to achieve all seven RCVS Practice Standards awards - all rated Outstanding! You'll be working sole charge during your shifts, but you won't feel isolated: the wider hospital team is well-established and includes colleagues with ECC experience and a passion for supporting clinical development.
The hospital is equipped to a high standard, with access to:
* CT scanner
* High-spec ultrasound
* Digital radiography
* Endoscopy
* In-house lab (blood gas, coag times, microscopy)
* Elixir box holder (including adder anti-venom)
