Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of special-purpose machinery and machine tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults to minimise production downtime.
* Implement improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
* Maintain the building infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
* Collaborate with the production team to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and document maintenance activities.
* Knowledge/Expertise: Experienced mechanical engineer with some electrical skills; familiarity with CNC machinery is advantageous.
* Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
