A leading Manchester-based Residential Property Developer is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their growing in-house team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing and managing the property sales process from reservation through to completion.
2. Ensuring efficient sales progression and maintaining relationships with lawyers and sales distributors.
3. Handling financial aspects of transactions and working closely with internal teams for smooth closures.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in property sales or sales progression, ideally in residential or new-build developments.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales at various stages.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities with lawyers and sales agents.
* High attention to detail in managing financial and legal documentation.
* Proactive approach to foresee and resolve potential issues.
* Familiarity with property sales documentation and timelines.
