About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Key Stage 2 and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to the Year 5 teacher and pupils.
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery.
Support individual and small group learning activities.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
