A Vacancy at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a forward thinking Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) to join our innovative team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn. Our Diabetes Team is small, friendly and passionate about providing the highest possible standards of care. We are looking to appoint an existing DSN (Band 7 or equivalent) to join our out-patient team. We would also welcome applications for a development post from nurses with existing experience and additional training in diabetes care. Duties will include - Outpatient clinics - Working with patients with diabetes and complex needs from 16 years of age - Group education - Implementing new technology to support patient care - Supporting women with diabetes through their pregnancy journey There’s never been a more exciting time to join TeamQEH.
