Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and referral partners.
• Drive occupancy through effective placement sourcing and conversion strategies.
• Represent the service professionally, promoting clinical strengths and outcomes.
• Monitor referral pipelines and provide insight to improve conversion and growth.
About You
• Extensive experience in mental health care homes or hospitals within a business development or referrals role.
• Proven experience working with local authorities and securing placements.
• Track record of driving occupancy and developing referral networks in CQC-regulated services.
