Key Responsibilities:
* Take charge of sales, marketing, and event coordination.
* Maintain and manage sales records efficiently.
* Ensure the territory is covered during your shift and meeting sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to meet revenue targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
* Act as a positive and professional ambassador in the community to achieve our clients sales goals as well as personal sales goals.
* Proactively engage with potential customers to build brand awareness and interest to clients brands.
* Distribute promotional materials to assist in meeting personal sales goals.
* Working in office for further training with management team as well as working in assigned territories to meet sales goals.
Requirements:
* A warm and welcoming demeanor with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and idea-sharing.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies; however, training will be provided in office.
* Full flexibility, including availability on weekends and day time hours.
