Your New Role
As HR Advisor, you'll be a key part of a collaborative HR team, providing confident, proactive support across the full employee lifecycle, operating in a generalist HR capacity, while helping shape a new service that values initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Support managers with ER casework, absence management, and OH referrals.
* Deliver confident, clear HR advice remotely and in person.
* Advising on HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in interview panels and contribute to HR & Recruitment processes.
* Help shape and improve HR service delivery through initiative and problem-solving.
* Support with HR projects, in line with the organisation's people strategy.
* Ensure consistency and fairness in HR practices across the organisation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
* Comfortable advising senior stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions and service improvement.
