Infrastructure Engineer (Telephony) Ref. 3734
Location: Cheltenham

Responsibilities
* Design, implement and maintain classified telephony platforms, including call gateways, enterprise media and transcription services.
* Ensure services remain resilient, compliant and ready for any call.
* Engineer improvements, resolve complex cross‑domain issues and collaborate with partners and suppliers.
* Participate in on‑call rota and occasional overseas travel as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in telephony infrastructure and support of voice and unified communications systems.
* Solid understanding of networking and proficiency with Windows and Linux.
* Knowledge of Cisco technologies highly desirable.
* Good administration skills and proactive mindset.
* Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence and work collaboratively.
* Must be a British citizen or hold dual British nationality and possess Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
* Must live within commutable distance of Cheltenham.
Training and Development
* Immediate induction and defined training pathway with a mentor.
* Three skill gateways to progress, aiming for Infrastructure Engineering Level 2 within 12 months.
* Access to internal development pathway and external industry accreditation, including Cisco qualifications.
