Title: Outside Sales Representative
Territory Location: Fort Worth

Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Plus, you can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers!

* The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity

Requirements:
* Valid driver's license, vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards are necessary
* Valid auto insurance
* Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
* Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
* Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
* Availability for evening & weekend appointments
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
* Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
