Customer Service / Sales Adminisdtrator
Duties:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Track quotes and orders for customers and the company.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Analyse customer accounts and provide accurate and detailed information
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well on your own and also part of a team
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
