Responsibilities

* Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customers feel valued.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
* Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
* Address customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers effectively.
* Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
* Organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage stock effectively.
