Corporate Solicitor
* Job Type: Full-time
* Location: Farnborough
* Experience: 5-7+ years PQE
* Salary: £62,000 - £72,000

Day-to-day of the role:
* Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions, and independently managing transactions where suitable.
* Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation.
* Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence.
* Oversee the due diligence process for clients, including reviewing share purchase agreements, drafting disclosure letters, and preparing related documents.
* Handle both completion and post-completion matters.
* Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
* Experience in M&A / Business Ownership
* Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
* Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles to real-world scenarios.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
