We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our client based in South Normanton - DE55!
Duties
* Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, probation letters and new starter paperwork.
* Maintain accurate employee record and update HR systems.
* Manage holiday, sickness and absence records
* Coordinate new starter onboarding.
* Assist with meetings, disciplinary processes and note taking.
* Audit HR files in line with GDPR requirements.
Qualifications
* CIPD level 3 working towards, above or equivalent
* Have at least 2 years experience working in a HR role
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £29k - £32k depending on experience
