About You
You are a caring and committed early years professional who:
* Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
* Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person
* Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
* Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress
* Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
* Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building strong and positive relationships
