Responsibilities
* Deliver technical assessments and transport strategies for planning applications.
* Work on transport assessments, travel plans, junction modelling and accessibility studies.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders; provide professional advice and contribute to sustainable, practical transport solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in development planning and transport consultancy.
* Strong technical skills in transport modelling and analysis software such as Junctions (PICADY/ARCADY), LinSig or TRICS.
* Ability to write clear, concise reports to support planning submissions.
* Strong communication skills to engage with clients, local authorities and colleagues.
* A relevant degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or similar.
Salary and Benefits
Salary GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible working arrangements, professional development support, and opportunities to work on landmark projects across the region.
