What You'll Be Doing
* Advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters with confidence and clarity.
* Reviewing and maintaining policies to ensure they are up to date, practical, and empowering.
* Working closely with leaders to align HR support with organisational goals.
* Delivering a comprehensive HR service, including case management, recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, organisational change, and pensions.
* Championing employee engagement, development, and wellbeing to help people perform at their best.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
* Graduate membership of the CIPD (or working towards this).
* Proven experience providing HR advice and support to managers at all levels.
* Strong employee relations experience (including complex ER)
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law across the HR spectrum.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Someone who wants to drive continuous improvement
