Qualified Teaching Assistant – Secondary & Sixth Form Support

Are you a confident, Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re seeking someone who thrives in a specialist setting supporting pupils aged 11–19 with Autism and complex learning needs.
What you’ll be doing
1. Deliver high-quality, targeted support during lessons across KS3 to Sixth Form
2. Work 1:1 and in small groups to help learners access the curriculum
3. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to adapt resources and strategies
4. Support social communication and independence skills
5. Encourage positive behaviour and learner engagement
You’ll have
6. Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
7. Experience in SEND settings, ideally with Autism spectrum needs
8. Calm, empathetic and dependable approach
9. Ability to build trusting relationships with young people
