Responsibilities
* Work in the customer service contact centre, helping customers with queries and providing resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Passionate about customers with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Ideally some experience in a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential, as a comprehensive 4-week induction will be provided.

* Hours: 37.5 contracted hours per week; shifts 7:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays (average 1 Saturday in 8)
* Salary: £24,000 per year (base pay range; actual pay based on skills and experience)
