As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process—managing inboxes, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be handling customer queries, feeding back product issues, and supporting the sales team by taking initiative to resolve problems efficiently.
Managing the inboxes of one or two sales team members, ensuring prompt and professional responses
✅ Handling inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with queries
✅ Keeping records up to date and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system
✅ Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process
✅ Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is a plus
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
