Senior Cloud Engineer - Global Insurance Company Fantastic opportunity to join a global insurance company on a team which is rapidly growing, where you will be involved in the implementation and management of cloud solutions on multiple platforms. You would be instrumental in ensuring the performance, scalability, availability and security of their cloud environment, as well as having the option to work fully remote. Why this role? They are not looking for someone who only knows tools - they are looking for someone who is able to maintain, improve and operate existing CI/CD pipelines in a hands on role. What youll be doing Using advanced Infrastructure as Code (IAC) methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, you will automate the build, test and deployment of applications and infrastructure. Owning and maintaining the IAC templates across the organisation. Continuously monitor, optimise and improve pipeline performance, reliability and security. Implementing and managing cloud solutions in multiple cloud environments. Contributing to cloud technical roadmap and initiatives such as migration, modernisation, automation and innovation, while also ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. What they are looking for 4 years of experience in a similar role which required implementation and management of cloud solutions on cloud platforms. Experience working in an Azure environment. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) tooling e.g. Terraform. Good working knowledge of at least one scripting languages, e.g. Python, PowerShell, etc. An understanding of network and security technologies.
