Were looking for a confident, detail-driven Sales Supervisor to take ownership of our sales support function. Youll be managing the day-to-day operations of our sales administrators, keeping processes sharp, customers happy, and performance high. From monitoring inboxes to driving callouts, youll lead by example and keep the team moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leader:Manage and support the sales admin team day-to-day, ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time.
2. Inbox Monitor:Keep on top of shared inboxes, making sure customer queries are actioned quickly and accurately.
3. Hands-On Support:Step in to cover holidays or assist during busy periods, keeping service levels consistent.
4. Customer Champion:Drive outbound callouts by creating call sheets and ensuring customers receive regular, proactive contact.
