We have an exciting new role at Tyler Grange for a Sales and Bid Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will support the development and delivery of the company's sales and business strategies. The Coordinator will work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to adapt to market changes and ensure alignment with TG values. While ultimate accountability for the sales strategy lies with the Operations Director, the Coordinator will monitor and support its implementation, including managing bid portals and collating bid materials to meet deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Operations Director in preparing the annual sales strategy in collaboration with relevant teams.
2. Prepare monthly data and commentary for the Operations Director for board review, analyzing trends and bid successes.
3. Provide sales trend data to operational and technical teams to identify focus areas.
4. Coordinate the TG-wide Sales team across disciplines and regions.
5. Work with discipline and technical leads to understand sales targets based on new policies and skills.
6. Support regional sales campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams.
7. Streamline bid processes, organize bid materials, monitor bid portals, and coordinate submissions.
8. Manage bid submissions and engage with external bid writing as needed.
9. Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups with confident communication skills.
10. Identify process improvements and enhance internal workflows.
11. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
12. Be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to travel to different office locations.
13. Experience in sales or bid management is highly desirable; familiarity with Salesforce or environmental consulting is a bonus but not required.

Salary: £26,900 - £29,590 depending on experience
