Are you a PRU Behaviour Support - Teaching Assistant 1-1 working with an RP Unit in Oldham Primary Schools?
I am currently recruiting for primary schools in Oldham, Greater Manchester that are looking to appoint some new One to One/Small Group Mentors/SEMH TA/Complex Needs/Teaching Assistants/Youth Worker/Sports Coaches with behaviour experience to join their team. The positions are long term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. These roles are full time from October 2025 and could go temp to perm.
As a Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Assistant/Youth Worker you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting students with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a 1-2-1 and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged. Team Teach experience is not essential but desirable.
