Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Yorkshire, which is in need of a Family Solicitor.
The firm is open to Individuals with 1-5 year PQE in Family Law.#
They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Family Solicitor:
* Strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters
* Attend at Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required
* Confidence in advocacy and the ability to manage your own caseload from the outset.
* Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents
