How you create impact
* Engage with potential and current customers: initiate contact to generate and qualify leads, promote our products and services, and identify new sales opportunities.
* Build strong relationships: develop and nurture business relationships with prospective Road Logistics customers through regular face-to-face interactions.
* Tailor solutions: create custom solutions for customers by thoroughly understanding their unique requirements.
* Strategic pricing decisions: collaborate with internal stakeholders to make informed pricing decisions.
* Quotation management: prepare, submit, and diligently follow up on quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* CRM excellence: record all customer-facing activities in the CRM system, consistently meeting desired activity targets.
