 
        General Construction Support Technician Location: Springvale Road Site Salary: £24,027 pa Hours: 37 hrs Responsible to: Operations Manager ROLE OVERVIEW: The purpose of this role is to provide a professional general support to all areas of the construction workshop. MAIN DUTIES OF POST HOLDER: To support learners as they progress through their qualifications To discuss with tutors learners progress To identify learners who may need additional support and discuss with tutor To have an awareness of young people who require additional support To discuss with tutor and develop learner project To support the learner with projects To manage the resource and materials needed in the workshop and order accordingly To create and maintain professional relationships with other members of staff. To contribute to the effective promotion and marketing of all the companys services. To undertake to read and adhere to the companys health and safety policy, to ensure potential hazards to the well being of self and others are recognised, rectified and/or reported. To perform other duties as required by management PERSON SPECIFICATION: Must have an understanding and relevant qualifications in one of the following construction areas; Joinery or Plumbing.
